The 26 m² 1-room flat offers the ideal retreat for 1-2 people on the 2nd floor, complete with a south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Piz da la Margna and the Furtschellas cable car.In the flat you will find a cosy living-bedroom, which is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, a table, chairs, a TV, radio and wireless LAN.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers a fridge with a small freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher and plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans.
A fondue set and a raclette oven are available for those cold winter evenings.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, all designed for your comfort.The apartment building also offers practical amenities such as garage parking spaces, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a ski room where you can safely store your ski equipment.
