It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed and dining corner, a kitchen corner equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge, microwave, radio, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a separate WC.
Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided free of charge.
A highchair and a cot can be provided on request.

The bedroom and living room open onto the private balcony with balcony furniture.

The site stands alone and in summer there are calves, the pony, the goats Hanni and Nanni, as well as ducks on the meadow. Children can of course introduce themselves to the animals.

Einen schönen langen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Königssee und Seilbahn.
Ein wenig mehr Besteck und eine Bratpfanne könnte man auf hohem Niveau beklagen.
