The detached house is located on the outskirts of Dranske-Lancken in a secluded one-way street with a view of the Cape Arkona lighthouse, the highlight of every Rügen holiday, on the Wittow peninsula (north-west of the island of Rügen), right between the Bodden and the sea. You benefit from a quiet location within walking distance of the cliffs and the sea, as well as numerous excursion possibilities to fine sandy beaches and cultural leisure activities favoured by a well-developed network of cycle paths.The sunny, covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbecue for al fresco dining.
A car parking space is available on the fenced property.
At night, you can see the lighthouse shining in the distance from the property.
As the upper floor is occupied by the landlords, you have sole use of the garden and car park.The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a modern detached house, which was completed in 2001 and last renovated in 2016. It offers every comfort for a relaxing holiday on Germany's largest island.
The holiday flat is cosy and tastefully furnished in a maritime style.
As you step through the front door, you enter the hallway and arrive directly at the flat entrance.
On a living space of 65 m², a comfortable living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a daylight shower room branch off from the hallway.
In the first bedroom, you sleep in a generously sized upholstered bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps.
A double-door wardrobe and a shelf provide storage space for your travelling wardrobe.
The second bedroom is ideal as a children's room and is furnished with a double bunk bed with two sleeping options, one above the other, measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. There is still enough space for two desks, a wardrobe and a play area on the floor.
A wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a radio are also available.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a vanity unit, a WC, a towel dryer and a bathroom window.
The centrepiece of the flat is the spacious living and dining area with open-plan kitchen.
The upholstered corner sofa invites up to four people to relax together after a day out. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV and a stereo system with radio and CD player provide entertainment in the evening.
In front of the sofa is the dining table, where four people can sit down to a home-cooked meal.
Surrounded by the fully equipped corner kitchen, which has a hob with four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and the usual small electrical appliances such as a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, you can prepare your own meals comfortably and extensively.
The room, which offers access to the terrace, receives a pleasant amount of daylight through the window front with the glazed patio doors.
There is also a cloakroom and shoe cupboard in the hallway.
All windows are fitted with insect screens and external blinds.While you can reach the cliffs and dunes on foot after a kilometre, beautiful sandy beaches are approx. 3 - 10 km away, which can be reached by bike in approx. 20 minutes.
Shopping facilities and amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants, smoked fish stands and much more await your visit within a radius of 2.5 - 5 km. The very good cycle path network on Wittow is asphalted and therefore also suitable for inline skating.
A riding stable is approx. 1.5 km away and a golf course approx. 2 km. The Arkona lighthouse with its naval bunker is 13 km away.
The Gingst amusement park is 30 km away.
Sassnitz with its harbour is worth a trip 34 km away.Please note that this is a non-smoking flat and that pets are not allowed.

Dear tenants, please note that if additional costs are indicated as "payable on site", it does not automatically mean that all these additional costs can also be paid by you "in cash on site".
