The designer dream villa is situated in a fantastic location directly on the Caloosahatchee River, which flows into the Gulf of Mexico.

The only sandy beach in Cape Coral, directly opposite the yacht club, is just a 5-minute walk away.
Afterwards, you can dream away into the Caribbean sunset with a sundowner in the "Boathouse" at the Tiki Bar and Grill.
