The holiday home is quietly situated near the lake.the living space is approx. 70 m².a garden with terrace, garden furniture and two car parking spaces in front of the property are available.the property with 340 m² is enclosed with a hedge.the lake is surrounded by reeds.the nearest town is approx. 14 km away.there are shopping facilities.a small sandy beach is approx. 800 m away.there is the possibility to buy fresh bread rolls there.
A small sandy beach is about 800 metres away, where you can buy fresh bread rolls and freshly caught and smoked fish from the fisherman about 400 metres from the house.Terrace with garden furniture and sunshade, sun loungers are available, charcoal grill and rotary dryer.The bungalow consists of three bedrooms.(The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
The living room consists of a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and an armchair.TV with satellite HD TV, W-Lan.cosy fireplace in the living area.the remaining rooms can be heated via electric radiators.bathroom with daylight, shower, toilet, sink;mirror cabinet, hairdryer and washing machine.saunaNon-smoking house!Lake Malchin is extremely shallow with an average depth of 2 metres.
In the middle of the lake there is a sand sill, which is on average just 0.5 m deep.Lake Malchin is located in Mecklenburg Switzerland a few kilometres southwest of Malchin.Lake Malchin is connected to Lake Kummerow to the northeast via the Dahm Canal and the Peene.
