This is a holiday home, completely renovated in 2023, in a very quiet location near the reservoir in the Oberrabenstein recreation area in Chemnitz.
The approx. 60 m² guest house is located on a 400 m² fenced plot with its own parking space.With a modern furnished living room including a leather corner couch (as an extra bed) and fireplace, it has a 50 inch LED TV with satellite reception, music system, DVD player, as well as a game console for your children, if desired.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, four-ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The daylight bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub has a modern design.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for plenty of storage space.
There is also electric heating throughout the house.In the entrance area there is a dining area for eating together, on the terrace overlooking the sunbathing lawn there is garden furniture and parasol as well as a barbecue for your use.
There is a 70 m² sun terrace with pool for communal use as well as (for a fee) a sauna with fireplace and relaxation room with a view of the countryside, table tennis, badminton net, barbecue and fireplace.For the four-legged guests, of course, everything necessary is available, from feeding bowls to dog baskets and toys!
