The charming holiday home Prezenca is located above Makarska, in the quiet village of Puharići, and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding islands.
It has been renovated with great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard - ideal for families or couples looking for peace and relaxation.On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, fireplace, TV/SAT and free internet access.
A sofa bed offers space for a child.
The two bedrooms with double beds are located on the first floor and each have their own bathroom with shower.
This floor is connected to the ground floor via an external staircase.In front of the house there are two furnished terraces - one of which has sun loungers - and an outdoor shower.
The heated swimming pool (4.5 x 3 m) invites you to take a dip, while the covered pergola with garden furniture and the barbecue area invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
The fully fenced property is also ideal for families with children or guests with dogs.The house is also equipped with air conditioning, a safe, washing machine and a modern satellite TV.
A parking space is available approx. 50 metres from the house; direct access to the house is not possible.
