Completed in 2009, the new bungalow building - one of the first completed houses in this new development area - is located on the edge of a new development area, adjacent to the existing, quietly situated holiday home area Achtern Diek.
It is only a few minutes' walk from your holiday home to the green beach of the North Sea resort of Burhave and the large indoor play barn, which offers variety for young and old with bouncy castles, a computer-controlled car racing track and a bowling alley.
The North Sea lagoon, which is unique on the coast, is also within easy reach on foot or by bike.
Here you can swim in the North Sea water all day long, regardless of the tides, or simply sunbathe on the sandy areas.
In addition to the tourist destinations, the centre of Burhave, the largest town on the small Butjadingen peninsula, is also within easy reach.

The house has 3 bedrooms, which offer plenty of space to retreat to. You can choose between two double bedrooms and a smaller twin bedroom (with a table for nappy changing). All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe so that every guest has enough storage space.
There are also 2 bathrooms available.
One bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The second bathroom with WC also has a bathtub in addition to a walk-in shower.
In the spacious living area with flat screen TV, a large, cosy sofa corner invites you to relax and the dining area for 6 people offers plenty of space for eating and playing.
The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cold winter days or simply for cosy hours all year round.
The open, bright and friendly kitchen adjoining the living area is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher.
A storage room in the house and a carport for storing cars and bicycles complete the comfortable, spacious facilities of the bungalow.
Patio doors from the living area, one of the double bedrooms and the kitchen lead out onto the terrace behind the house and into the garden, which is bordered by a newly planted hedge.
Patio furniture is available.
The size and ground-level design, as well as the large, open-plan living and kitchen area and the bathroom with a barrier-free shower also offer sufficient freedom of movement for wheelchair users.
A baby travel cot and a high chair are also available.
