On the road leading to the beach, 36 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' house, near another gîte and another apartment. It is composed as follows:
- Living room/kitchen including a sofa bed for 2 people
- Bedroom including 1 bed 140x190 cm

2 children accepted without supplement with sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room, after agreement of the owner
- Shared garden of 2,275 m²
- Covered terrace of 10.3 m²
- Garden furniture
- Sun loungers
- Plancha
- Swimming pool shared by both gîtes (8x4 meters, depth 1.5 meters), open from the beginning of May to the end of September, heated from 17/05 to 27/09, secured by a security gate. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to persons specified in the rental contract
- 2x2 meter masonry spa (open from 17/05 to 27/09)

Riches de connaissances et passionné, vous découvrirez l’île de beauté sous toutes ces splendeurs !Et la casse croûte est délicieux ! Je recommande ++++Que des produits locaux

Correspond en tout point à la description. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.Le gîte est équipé ++, dommage le temps ne nous a pas laissé profiter de la piscine et du Spa.Situation à bonne distance pour profiter de la mer et de la montagne.

Superbe logement, joliment décoré et bien équipé. Idéalement situé pour visiter la côte Est de l’île de beauté.Le propriétaire est sympathique et accueillant. Ses bons conseils de balade et de visite nous ont permis de profiter un maximum de notre séjour. Encore merci à Stéphane!
