Unauthorized pets or exceeding the permitted number will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee per pet. • Overnight guests not listed on the reservation are not permitted.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy will incur a $500 penalty per additional guest. • Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors. ──────────────────────── Bathroom Rules • Do not flush paper towels, wipes, sanitary products, or anything other than toilet paper.
Guests will be responsible for plumbing repair fees if clogging occurs. • Report any leaks, clogs, or abnormal water pressure to management immediately. ──────────────────────── Kitchen Rules • Never leave cooking unattended. • Turn off the stove, oven, and lights after use. • Please clean countertops and stovetops after cooking.
