Deep in Provence, Mouriès, known for its many festivals, is the setting for this holiday home amid the olive trees. Around the area, you can play golf or go rock climbing, horse riding, mountain biking etc, but you can also visit Arles (30 km away) and Salon-de-Provence (20 km) - two very pleasant towns.

Please note that a caretaker lives alone behind the house, causing no inconvenience or compromise to privacy.


INSIDE

This spacious villa is entered via a hall, from where an all-stone staircase leads to the mezzanine, which serves as a fourth bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to make a large double bed, and another large double bed. The ground floor comprises a lounge-dining room, a kitchen-living area with back kitchen, a separate WC, a shower room, a bathroom with WC and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed and an adjoining shower room, the other two have a large double bed each.


OUTSIDE

This large, 2-hectare property has a well-wooded, carefully maintained garden, a pétanque playing area and two beautiful covered terraces, the one opposite the swimming pool serving as a dining area with a built-in barbecue for lovely grilled meals. The good-sized swimming pool has a tiled surround with sun loungers for the siesta.
