It is part of a small complex of 3 apartments, with two units on the first floor and one on the ground floor, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. The apartment features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
The double bedroom also has a single bed, while the bathroom is complete with a shower enclosure.
A hallway separates the living area from the sleeping area, providing greater comfort and privacy. One of its main advantages is its location: just 5 minutes' walk from Marina di Campo beach and the town's main amenities.
Restaurants, bars, shops, ice-cream parlours, the harbour and the seafront promenade, perfect for sunset walks, are all within easy walking distance. Bilo Lia is the ideal choice for those looking for a convenient, practical and relaxing holiday on Elba Island, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre while still being close to the sea and all amenities.
Perfect for guests who value independence and comfort during their stay on Elba. Important information: Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a €40 surcharge. Check-out: by 9:00 am. Bed and bath linen: the apartments are not equipped with bed or bath linen.
Linen can be rented up to 7 days before arrival: €40 for the double bed and €20 for the single bed. Linen can only be collected from our office in Portoferraio. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
