The home is centrally located to the restaurants, shops, and other popular places nearby. - 50th St Subway Station - 8 min walk - Times Square - 9 min walk - Rockefeller Center - 6 min drive (0.7 miles) - Many Restaurants - 1 to 5 min walk • PARKING • There is limited free street parking on a first come first serve basis, but a lot of paid parking is available.
The only FREE parking is street parking and depending on the time of day, street parking may be hard to find.
Please note that if you park on the street you must follow street sweeping rules (which will be posted). Below are nearby paid parking spaces: 415 W 45th St. - Valet Garage at Address: 421 West 45th Street 550 W 45th St. - Valet Garage at Address: 555 West 45th Street 333 W 46th St. - Valet Lot at Address: 333 West 46th Street 332 W 44th St - Garage at Address: 332 West 44th Street You will have to check with them individually about what their fees are. • SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES • Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety.
Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment.
Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio.
Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety. • OTHER AMENITIES • The apartment comes with free improved and high-speed wifi, smart TV with streaming apps. but note, we do not have central AC ONLY Window AC units.
We also provide portable fans and space heaters as well. Guest access You will have sole and private use of the entire apartment throughout your stay.

The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time.
Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. • SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300. • NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the building.
If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund. • UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests.

No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property. • PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner.

There is a minimum $25 shipping charge plus a $50 service fee. As our cleaning team manages multiple properties daily, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for locating or shipping returned items.
We will make every reasonable effort to locate lost belongings after check-out; however, we are not liable for items left behind. Unclaimed items will be donated if not claimed within 14 days of check-out. • MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay. • ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME: - Location: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access.
