Cocoonr agency offers this charming 84 m² house for rent in Saint-Nic, about 700 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 26 m² living room with fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 610 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 26 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Veranda with dining area
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 610 m² enclosed and private garden to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 2 cars).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Châteaulin, about 17 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest, about 50 km away
Other information :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
