This generous two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet development on the outskirts of Preston.
Beautifully presented throughout, it offers everything needed for up to four guests to enjoy a relaxing stay, including an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two cosy bedrooms, and a modern family bathroom.
Central Preston is easily accessible with just a short drive or bus ride. - Finished to a high standard, featuring stylish furnishings and contemporary fixtures throughout - Open-plan living space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable sofa - High-speed broadband available throughout, ideal for remote working or staying connected online - Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, fresh hotel-quality linen, and plenty of storage space - Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, complimentary toiletries, and soft, fluffy towels Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.

Located in Ingol, a peaceful area on the outskirts Preston, you’ll have easy access to the surrounding green spaces and the Lancaster Canal - perfect for a scenic walk. Central Preston, home to an array of shops, bars restaurants and cafes can be reached within 20 minutes by bus, or a short drive. Preston Docks is a 25 minute walk from the property, and there is a co-op for your groceries just 10 minutes walk away. Preston Train Station is a 15 minute drive or 20 minute bus journey from the property. Lancaster Canal as well as surrounding parks are all just a 5-10 minute walk from the property. Central Preston, as well as Preston Train Station is 20 minute bus journey or 15 minutes by car.
