This generous two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet development on the outskirts of Preston.
Beautifully presented throughout, it offers everything needed for up to four guests to enjoy a relaxing stay, including an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two cosy bedrooms, and a modern family bathroom.
Central Preston is easily accessible with just a short drive or bus ride. Guests have sole access to all parts of the property. Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
