Thanks to the independent studio on the upper floor, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. REF: 014 &18 Access to the villa is in person, with check-in and check-out inspections. "Included in the villa: bed linen, towels, , air conditioning and heating, welcome kit. Non-smoking property, pets allowed. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM). Le ménage est inclus. Security deposit required ⢠Security deposit required ⢠A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. ⢠You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in ⢠This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit ⢠If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" ----- Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for â¬15 per stay.
