Upon entering, you can pop any treats in the fridge/freezer of this bright and well-equipped kitchen.
The chef of the group can make themselves at home and craft a delicious home-made meal, then slide open the patio doors to allow fresh air to flow through this space as you gather around the dining table, neatly set for six guests.
Once plates are cleared, ascend the carpeted stairs to the first floor to find the welcoming sitting room.
The elevated sitting room boasts tranquil and panoramic views of Poole Harbour.
Open up the doors of the Juliet balcony here to enhance the ambience, as you pick between two sofas or armchairs to sink into, once the golden hues of sunset have disappeared, flick on the Smart TV for a cushy movie night.

Sea Fern House - 36B is over three floors, and consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining seating for six guests, and a first-floor sitting room with Juliette balcony and Smart TV. There are three bedrooms, a second-floor super-king-size with priave bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, a first-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor twin serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is enclosed rear garden with lawn, and patio and off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and pub and within 1.5 miles a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sea Fern House - 36B a delightful base for exploring the coast of Dorset. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP.
