The property is located in Quartu Sant’Elena, in a residential area well served by main amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.
It is just 3.4 km from the Margine Rosso beach and 4 km from the Poetto Beach of Quartu.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a terrace.

The apartment is arranged as follows:
- LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and smart TV;
- BEDROOM I with two single beds, wardrobe, and small drying balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet;
- TERRACE with outdoor dining area.

Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each used linen kit. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm. This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date. It is the third most populated municipality in Sardinia, after Cagliari and Sassari. To explore Quartu and its surroundings at best, we recommend using a car. The main beach is undoubtedly the Poetto, which is both the longest urban beach and the most popular one, easily reachable also by public transport. Other noteworthy beaches include Sant’Andrea, Flumini, Capitana, Is Mortorius, Terra Mala, Cala Regina, Murtaucci (Is Canaleddus), Mari Pintau (Portu sa Traia), Kal’e Moru, and Geremeas. The beaches of Murtaucci and Poetto have also been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag.
Some of these beaches feature fine white sand, while others—such as Mari Pintau—are characterized by pebbles and rocky seabeds. Among the churches, the Basilica of Saint Helena the Empress stands out: it preserves beautiful frescoes and a statue of the Saint, which is carried in procession during the patron saint’s festival in mid-September. Moreover, the accommodation is located just a short walk from the Quartu Hospital and the main private clinics. Main distances: - Poetto Beach: 11 minutes by car; - Capitana Beach: 17 minutes by car; - Margine Rosso Beach: 8 minutes by car; - Sentiero delle Saline (Salt Pans Trail): 10 minutes by car. - Cafè Mary Gio: 9 minutes on foot; - Le Mimì Di Elena Lorusso (pizzeria): 14 minutes on foot; - Super Pan (supermarket): 5 minutes by car. - From Cagliari Elmas “Mario Mameli” Airport: You can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Elmas Aeroporto terminal to Cagliari Station, then continue with bus PQ to the “Portogallo” stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 26 minutes). - From Cagliari Central Station: You can continue with bus PQ to the “Portogallo” stop, just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. Alternatively, we recommend renting a car to explore the beautiful city of Quartu Sant’Elena and its surroundings. - For guests traveling by car: free parking is available on site.
