Perfectly equipped for stays with family or friends, the property combines comfort, privacy, and high-end amenities for up to 12 guests. 🏠 Interior layout: The villa, fully air-conditioned, spacious and bright, offers 6 bedrooms, a large living area, and amenities designed for your comfort: 🛏️ Bedrooms Master suite: 180 × 200 bed, private bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC).
Double bedroom: 180 × 200 bed with a workspace.
Games room / ground-floor bedroom: 160 × 200 sofa bed with direct access to the pool. 3 other bedrooms: each equipped with 2 single beds 90 × 200 (6 beds total). 3 additional shower rooms as well as a total of 5 WCs. 1 baby cot available. 🛋️ Living areas Large 55 m² air-conditioned living room, warm and comfortable, with 2 large sofas, two armchairs, flat-screen TV, internet box, and a dining area. 🍴 Kitchen A separate fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.) — everything is provided for maximum comfort.
