We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Porte d'Issy (line T2), is just a 3-minute walk.
Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens.
Closets are available so you can unpack and feel right at home.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All that’s left to do is enjoy!

Issy-les-Moulineaux est une charmante commune située aux portes de Paris, appréciée pour son atmosphère paisible et son cadre de vie agréable. Idéale pour les voyageurs souhaitant visiter la capitale tout en profitant d’un environnement plus calme, la ville séduit par ses rues arborées, ses nombreux espaces verts comme le parc de l’Île Saint-Germain, et ses bords de Seine propices aux promenades. Très bien desservie par les transports en commun (tram, métro, RER), Issy permet de rejoindre rapidement les principaux sites touristiques de Paris. Elle abrite également quelques trésors architecturaux et culturels, comme l’Église Saint-Étienne, le Musée Français de la Carte à Jouer ou encore l’écoquartier du Fort. Un choix idéal pour allier détente et découverte.

Clean and very functional: For a business traveller, especially if you need to be close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre, it's really perfect. Clean and very well equipped. One small comment: the mattress is a little worn, with indentations from previous guests, but once I got settled, I slept very well.

The kitchen is a bit small, and there isn't enough kitchenware.
