Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Boulogne Jean Jaurès (line 10), is just a 7-minute walk. Orly Airport is approximately a 450-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay right on the doorstep of Paris. Please note that this apartment is only available under a mobility lease. Welcome! Step into this charming 25 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing.
Just beside it, a small table invites you to enjoy a meal for two or a quiet coffee break. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, whether you're reheating a meal or preparing breakfast from scratch.
You'll find a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine—everything you need is here.
A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. Please do not touch the plug or unplug the water heater. Parcels and mail can be collected from a nearby pickup point—there is no mailbox available. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your time here!

A lovely studio in an equally lovely neighbourhood. The arrival instructions were very clear and the place was spotlessly clean. If I may make a small suggestion, it would be great to have air conditioning installed.

They don't have a direct owner, but a platform that sends you to a telephone number with an answering machine in English. Personally, I contacted them because I couldn't get the heating to work, so I ended up doing it myself. As for the rest, no problem, I enjoyed the accommodation, although the room gave the impression of not being finished, with no decoration.
