Cocoonr offers you this charming, cosy, thick-walled, stone-panelled village house (57 m²) in Puylaroque (82), typical of the Quercy region, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers.
It comprises a pleasant and attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 21 m² living room with TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: with three single beds and a view of the puylaroquain sky For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, hairdryer and iron.
The house is ideally situated in the village of Puylaroque, with free parking nearby (opposite the town hall or Place de la Citadelle next to the church).
All the shops (butcher, delicatessen, grocery shop, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance.
Activities : - Hiking possibilities - Historic sites, St Cirq LAPOPIE, Montpezat de Quercy and its Collegiate Church, please add the historic centres of Cahors, Albi and Ste Cécile's Cathedral, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Caussade, Bruniquel (location for the filming of Le Vieux Fusil with Philippe NOIRET and Romy SCHNEIDER) and Montauban (Les Tontons Flingueurs, the Pont Vieux and the Place Nationale, etc.).
Languages spoken: French, English, Spanish and Italian.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Montauban-Ville-Bourbon, about 45 km away - Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac, about 250 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - A courtesy tray with local products will be provided by the owner on arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
