Here you’ll find the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as Valencia Cathedral, El Miguelete, La Lonja de la Seda —a UNESCO World Heritage Site— and the Central Market, one of the oldest and most beautiful in Europe.
Every corner invites you to wander, discover its history, admire its architecture, and soak up its unique atmosphere. Ciutat Vella is also the beating heart of Valencia’s cultural and social life.
The area is filled with restaurants, bars, cafés, and terraces, offering everything from traditional tapas to fine dining.

Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The property is easily accessible by public transport or by car. The nearest bus stop, Carda - Moro Zeit (Central Market), line 73, is just a 3-minute walk away. Valencia Airport is about 30 minutes away by car.Guests will have access to the entire home!Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.Ideal studio for couples or anyone wishing to experience the best of Valencia.

It’s surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering different culinary options.
Please note that the apartment is located at street level. The open-plan living area includes a sofa, a TV, and a built-in dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils to prepare whatever you need.
It also features an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other useful appliances. Further inside, you’ll find the bedroom area with a double bed and a wardrobe with curtains.
Although it’s a bit dim, there’s a window that provides some natural light.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Lastly, the bathroom is well equipped, offering clean towels and toiletries for your comfort. The apartment is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

Our stay at the flat went really well; it had everything we needed for two people. The flat is in the Old Town, so it’s just a stone’s throw from loads of attractions in the city centre, and everything is within easy reach. The area is quiet and we felt very safe even when we went out in the evening.

Great location, very comfortable bed, good shower & bathroom. Two rolls of very thin toilet paper is not enough, also towels poor quality. A larger fridge would have been helpful and no tea towel!

: It was very central, clean and equipped.
The flat is quite advanced in terms of home automation. I didn't like the way the taps worked. But well, it will be a matter of getting used to it.
