Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² garden flat for rent in Dinard, one kilometre from the Prieuré beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation comprises a lovely, fully open-plan living area of 33 m², which is bright and pleasant, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 110 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The property is laid out as follows: - A bright 33 m² living room with a TV, a well-made and comfortable sofa, and a dining table. - A fully equipped kitchen including: a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, 3-ring induction hob, fridge with 2 freezer compartments... - A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space (chest of drawers + wardrobe). - A bathroom with a walk-in shower - A separate toilet - A utility room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer Outside: - You can enjoy a south-west-facing, enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours, complete with garden furniture to make the most of sunny days. A charcoal barbecue is available for your use (charcoal not provided) Neighbourhood : The flat is located at the end of a private lane in the sought-after residential area of Le Prieuré. "Couleur Sable" offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, yet is perfectly connected to the main roads.
You'll be within easy reach of key sites such as the Rance dam, Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan.
This quiet, family-friendly area will enable you to make the most of your stay, between relaxation and sightseeing. Dinard's Place du Marché is just 7 minutes away by car. The Prieuré beach (with its magnificent view of Saint-Malo) and the superb Parc du Port Breton are a 15-minute walk or two-minute drive away. Shops are less than 5 minutes away by car. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park a vehicle in the flat's private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (14 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport (80 km) On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Appartement très bien meublé, chaleureux, on s'y sent vraiment très bien. Tous les équipements sont de qualité, ainsi que la literie. Pas de bruit du tout, une place de parking immédiatement à l'entrée. Une très belle expérience.
Nous étions dans la période de Noël et le plancher était tout particulièrement froid. Le chauffage compense pour la chaleur globale de la pièce mais chaussons obligatoires !
