The property comprises a lovely, bright and pleasant 33 m² open-plan living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 110 m² enclosed garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
- A bright 33 m² living room with TV, a comfortable, well-made sofa and dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a dolce-gusto and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, fridge + 2 freezer compartments...
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space (chest of drawers + wardrobe).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside :
- There is a south-west facing enclosed garden with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is located at the end of a private lane in the sought-after residential area of Le Prieuré.
"Couleur Sable" offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, yet is perfectly connected to the main roads. You'll be within easy reach of key sites such as the Rance dam, Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan. This quiet, family-friendly area will enable you to make the most of your stay, between relaxation and sightseeing.
Dinard's Place du Marché is just 7 minutes away by car.
The Prieuré beach (with its magnificent view of Saint-Malo) and the superb Parc du Port Breton are a 15-minute walk or two-minute drive away.
Shops are less than 5 minutes away by car.
