The air-conditioned living room has a 42” Smart TV.
We offer Wi-Fi in the apartment, in addition to the internet provided by the condominium itself, complete bed and bath linens, iron, hairdryer, and washing machine.Notes- All guests must wear a condominium wristband to access the common areas (06 wristbands available).- In case of loss, misplacement, or damage making the wristband unusable, a fine of R$150.00 will be charged. - Access to the garage (1 space), the condominium, and the building is done with a tag given to guests at check-in.- Apartment with safety netting;- Apartment located in tower 6, on the fourth floor;- Gas-powered shower;- The rooms have blackout curtains;- Hairdryer and iron provided;- Baby crib available upon request and availability; - We accept small pets only.
