The studio's unique feature is its size and view; it's the largest on the property and offers a frontal view of Campeche Beach.
Our space is perfect for guests seeking a unique experience, relaxing and enjoying quality accommodations.
The studio boasts a comfortable ambiance, air conditioning, two double beds, a desk, LED lighting, a 43-inch Smart TV, and a private bathroom.
Our compact kitchen includes a single-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, dishes, champagne glasses, and kitchen utensils.
Additionally, we offer high-quality Wi-Fi for home office use, a hairdryer, hot and cold air conditioning, complete bed linens, and bath towels.
All this ensures the comfort of our guests, making them feel at home in a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the location.
Notes: - Parking is exclusive to each guest, within the property and with maximum security; - The property is set back from the street, so we are not disturbed by street noise and traffic. - We are located in the upscale area of Campeche; - We are 15 minutes away from Florianópolis International Airport; - Access to both the property gate and the unit is via a password (self check-in); - We do not accept pets on the property for security reasons; Neighborhood Campeche is a neighborhood in Florianópolis located in the south of the island.
