You'll be charmed by this second-floor apartment (no elevator), offering a beautiful view of Rochebrune from its furnished terrace.
With a surface area of 40 m², this apartment comprises :

- one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,
- bedroom with two single bunk beds,

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

Kitchen and bathroom need refreshing but overall it's a good value for money.
