Framed by the rolling hills of Capo di Leuca, covered in olive trees and Mediterranean macchia, this ultra-modern villa, one of the most luxurious in the area, is the exclusive retreat you've been searching for. Just completed in September 2025, it offers a spectacular view spanning the enchanting Ionian Sea with its infinite shades of blue and the surrounding verdant countryside.
In the distance, the imposing lighthouse of Santa Maria di Leuca, symbolizing the meeting of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, stands out on the horizon, offering a breathtaking panorama. The sunset here is a unique experience: the sky is tinged with warm, golden hues, while the sun slowly sinks into the sea, creating a breathtaking spectacle that will remain etched in the hearts of all who see it. With an ideal capacity for up to 6 people, the villa is perfect for 1-3 couples or a family seeking a holiday characterized by comfort and privacy.
Its three bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower, are a haven of tranquility.
The layout, with one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs, ensures maximum independence and comfort for every guest. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for lovers of good food.
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker: every detail is designed for practicality and functionality without sacrificing style. The minimalist and colorful design blends harmoniously with traditional Salento architectural elements, such as the splendid tuff star vaults, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Each room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the day. For total relaxation, four satellite TVs are available to guests. The villa is surrounded by a large 2,800 square meter plot, with a private entrance via an electric gate and private parking for three cars.
You won't have any direct neighbors, ensuring complete privacy for an uninterrupted holiday. Outside, the private pool, measuring approximately 10x4 meters, is a corner of paradise with a spectacular view that extends to the horizon.
The pool can be heated upon request (for a supplement of €100 + electricity costs), allowing for use almost year-round.
The spacious outdoor terraces are perfect for relaxing under the sun or in the shade.
An outdoor shower and barbecue are ready to make your evenings even more special, with the option of dining al fresco, sipping a fine Salento wine and enjoying the serenity that only a place like this can offer. The villa also features free, very fast Wi-Fi (up to 300 Mbit/s download speed) and a washing machine. The towns of Santa Maria di Leuca and Castrignano are approximately 4 km away, and the nearest supermarket is about 3.5 km away.
The beach at Marina di Felloniche is 2.8 km from the house, and that of Pescoluse is about 10 km away.
The villa is well-connected to Gallipoli, Maglie, Otranto, Lecce, and the other stunning art cities of Salento.
Numerous boat rentals are available in the area, along with the opportunity to explore sea caves or enjoy water sports. Our villa is the ideal place for those seeking a luxurious experience, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life, yet with every comfort within reach.

If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. 🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure. 🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property. 💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. ⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption.

Traumhafter Ausblick und die Lage des Hauses, super Beschattung im Aussenbereich, gute Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen wie draußen, allgemein prima Ausstattung und das Gewölbe im Haus ist sehr beeindruckend!
Sehr feuchte Wände mit abbröckelnden Putz und SCHIMMEL, dadurch hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, extrem hohe Grundkosten mit 20kw/h jeden Tag nur durch Pool!!!, mit wenig Klimaanlage Nutzung mindestens 53kw/h am Tag!!!! (Wie ist uns unerklärlich) - negativ, der Zustand mit der Feuchtigkeit wurde erst durch meine Nachfrage bestätigt und als bekannt erklärt.
