Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² house in Ploeren to rent for up to 7 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 340 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with dining area
- A sunken lounge area with sofas and fireplace
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- A mezzanine with sofa
Second floor
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: three single beds
- Bathroom (with bath and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 340 m² enclosed and private garden, with a terrace to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Ploeren, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
