Cozy apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 3 people and located in an enviable position, outside the ZTL but a few steps from the historic center: 400 meters away is Porta S.Biagio, the ideal starting point for visiting the city and its renowned baroque buildings. The flat is located in a zone equipped with all the services for a pleasant stay: bars, supermarkets and restaurants are a short distance from the apartment. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away!

The 45 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor (beware of the two steps to access) and is composed as follows
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area equipped with a French size sofa bed, split AC and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Intero appartamento nuovo provvisto di tutto a 700m dal centro in posto abbastanza comodo anche per parcheggiare gratuitamente. Vicino a farmacia. Wifi ottimo (psw nel router vicino alla finestra). Provvisto anche di ferro, phon, ecc La ragazza delagenzia gentilissima e disponibilissima Non si può guardare la TV in camera da letto, bagno non ristrutturato come il resto, vicini con TV alta.

Très bonne situation de appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée, proche du centre historique et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. La ponctualité de hôte au rendez-vous malgré les nombreuses demandes pour préciser notre heure arrivée (40 minutes de retard). Les serviettes proposées n;étaient pas toutes une blancheur irréprochable.
