Elegant 94 square meters apartment, perfect for three people, located on the second floor of a building built in the 1970s with an elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests).

Public transportation in the neighborhood provides convenient access to the city center. The accommodation consists of a living area with kitchenette, a lounge, two balconies, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, DVD player, a cot, air conditioning (split in the living room with kitchenette), central heating, floor fan, washing machine, iron, tablecloth suitable for ironing, drying rack, and hairdryer. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
