Cocoonr offers this charming 35 m² studio for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a sleeping area, a shower room and a 20 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 20 m² terrace and unenclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The studio is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint Malo, about 10 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes, about 75 km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Le calme; la situqtion géographique très centrale pour nous qui venions pour faire du vélo dans les 60 kms alentours!
Le manque d'information spontanée, nous ne savions pas s'il y avait un commerce tout près, comment quand et où sortir les poubelles etc.
La propriétaire ne fait pas le tri des déchets même plastiques. Il y avait une bouteille d'huile laissée dans le placard avec une note collée par le précédent loc...

Léa est très accueillante, son logement est vraiment très bien, il est dans un environnement calme, il est bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, les petits plus comme le thé, café, huile sucre en pierre... sont vraiment des plus, la mer n'est pas loin, le centre de Dinard est à peu près à 30 min à pieds.

Un joli petit studio moderne et bien équipé dans un quartier résidentiel,chic et calme tout proche de la mer
Léa est accueillante et très sympathique
Idéal seul ou à 2 mais très compliqué à occuper à 4 comme annoncé !!
Gros défaut le manque de clarté : ni vue ni lumière ni soleil.C'est très dommage !
