Cocoonr offers you this charming 93 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people, to rent in Urdens.
It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises the following (accessed by a few steps): - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle.
Outside: - A swimming pool (private, unheated) open from 1 April to 31 October, measuring 10.4m x 3.5m.
It has a security alarm. - A terrace to enjoy the fine weather - A summer kitchen The house is ideally located in Urdens, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Fleurance, about 3.5 km away - Nearest airport: Toulouse, about 65 km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Wi-Fi connection is available but may be limited inside the accommodation.
On the other hand, it works perfectly in the courtyard, where reception is optimal. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog).
