Cocoonr offers this 55 m² flat for rent in La Ciotat, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 16 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in La Ciotat, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The nearest beach is Fontsainte, 600 m away (8 min walk).
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Ciotat, about 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Marseille, about 55 km away
