Direct Bus 128 to Porte d’Orléans (Paris 14th) in 15 min Vélib’ bike station by Lucie Aubrac – cycling is the best way to explore Paris! 30 min door-to-door to Notre-Dame, Louvre, or Eiffel Tower by public transport Easy access to Orly Airport (20 min by car) and CDG (50 min via RER B from nearby) This is an apartment with independent access.
You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited.
The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required. The fully equipped open kitchen has everything for home cooking: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, utensils, and dishes. Two cozy bedrooms offer peace and comfort, with hotel-quality linens: Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), Bedroom 2 a double (140x200 cm).
Ample storage (wardrobes and closet) lets you unpack easily.
The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, double vasque (sink), and mirror, with a separate toilet for convenience.
A washing/drying machine is included for longer stays. The real highlight? Step directly from the living room to your private outdoor oasis: two gardens totalling 106 m², plus a large terrace with table, chairs, and parasol for al fresco dining.
The main garden (79 m²) is super quiet – no roads or buildings in sight, just trees behind for total privacy (sans vis-à-vis) – perfect for kids, sunbathing, or unwinding.
The secondary garden (27 m²) adds extra green space. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for safety, the apartment is also professionally cleaned between stays.

This place was superb and the location also great. The only problem we had was to find the key. It was inside a closed door and couldn't find it and someone else from another apartment in that building help us to find the key. Hope you can find another alternative to keep the padlock. Other than that the place was great. Thank you Guest Ready.

As a guest, you should take the time to go through the information on the alarm system etc. before you arrive. The house key is stored in a technical cupboard, which you have to open with a screwdriver (or car key).
