Cocoonr offers you this charming seafront flat for rent in Barneville-Carteret, located in the Château de Chimay.
With a surface area of 104 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! Scaffolding will be erected on the building from June to August 2026, in preparation for and during the re-roofing works. During this period, workers will be able to work on the roof from 8.15am to 4.30pm. Noise and visual disturbances are therefore to be expected (due to the presence of the scaffolding). The south-facing flat is as follows: - Bright 45 m² living room with 180° sea view, TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area - Fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, panini maker, non-electric kettle... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), south-facing with sea view and desk area - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and desk area - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC The flat is ideally located with direct access to the wide beach at Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. Activities : Golf and equestrian centre (5 min), water sports and sand yachting (10 min), excursions to the Channel Islands, cultural visits (châteaux, biscuit factory, botanical park), a variety of restaurants, summer night markets, cinema and tourist office in Barneville-Carteret (10 min), cycling (cycle path at the foot of the château) and hiking on the GR223. Local Saturday market in the town centre all year round. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge near the accommodation (visitor car park or street parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Valognes, around 30 km away (shuttle bus available to Barneville-Carteret) - Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 115 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Beach towels provided on request at extra cost (hire and payment to be made on site, with the concierge). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
