Nice 35m2 apartment located on the ground floor (2 steps to access), perfect for 2 guests.
Located a few meters from all the services useful for a comfortable stay for both work and holidays.
In a few minutes you can reach the historic center of the city of Pesaro and the beaches south of it. The route can also be easily done by bicycle along the appropriate cycle paths.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor, there are two steps to access.
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with small sofa, table with chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and glasses of wine;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, soundproofing of windows, independent heating.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pesaro, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person.
Children under 14 are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pesaro Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22nd to 7 April Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00. The accommodation is located in a residential neighborhood of Pesaro, well served by all types of shops: grocery stores, hairdressers, pizzeria, ice cream parlors.
The historic center, with all the historic buildings (Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre) can be reached with a pleasant 23-minute walk or with public transport in 13 minutes (bus stop 4 minutes walk away). The beaches of Pesaro can be reached in 7 minutes by car. All essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are located within 500 meters. - From Ancona airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus line C to the Falconara Marittima station, from here the Regional train to Pesaro and from here the bus line 50 to the Flaminia Volta stop (350 meters from the accommodation). - From Pesaro station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 60 to the Flaminia Volta stop (350 meters from the accommodation). - If you are traveling by car, street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines. Main distances: Pesaro historic center: 1.5 km Fano: 11.2 km Riccione: 25.3 km Urbino - 35 km

Soggiorno piacevole: la pulizia è soddisfacente, così come la posizione. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di effettuare il check-in e il check-out in autonomia. Unica nota negativa: i cuscini del letto, non particolarmente comodi.

No air conditioning, which makes it difficult to have a good night's sleep in the hot weather. Kitchen was missing some functional items (Microwave, toaster, tea towels, paper towels). Not very private, as neighbour's balcony directly faces the apartment door and main windows. Maybe vacuuming and mopping the floor to remove the sand could be a good idea.

Tutto ottimo con l'alloggio e con la gentile signora che ci ha ricevuti di persona e spiegato tutti i dettagli della casa. Un po' macchinosa la procedura di registrazione dei documenti personali da parte dell'agenzia che si occupa delle prenotazioni. :-)
