The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with a sofa and TV - A fully equipped open kitchen with crockery, dishwasher, microwave, and induction hobs - Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x190), private bathroom - Bedroom 2: One bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: Two single beds - Bedroom 4: Two single beds - Bedroom 5: Two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) with bathroom - Two bathrooms - Separate toilet Outside: All bedrooms have access to a large south-facing balcony, which runs along the apartment and offers breathtaking views of the village, its bell tower, and the Aravis mountain range. - A terrace and private garden The neighborhood At the foot of the chalet is the Everest bus stop, which serves the village and Le Chinaillon (ski slopes). The ski slopes are 1.7 km away. Transport - A parking space is included right in front of the residence. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Annecy (40 km) - Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km) - Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km) Other remarks: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Très beau chalet. Parfait pour notre famille de 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Arrêt de bus juste devant le chalet en 5 min au télécabine Rosay. Chalet très confortable. Idéale avec le linge de lit et de toilette fournis.

Appartement très bien, bus au pied de l’appartement , top. Par contre, il faudrait prévoir un frigo plus grand au vu du nombre de personnes et prévoir des rallonges.
Sinon top appartement.
