Cocoonr offers this charming 61 m² flat for rent in the Refuges des Outalays, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 2nd floor, it has a lovely living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa facing outwards. - A fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and crockery opens onto the dining room. - One bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190) - One bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) - A mezzanine can accommodate two extra people with a double bed - Two bathrooms - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 20 m² balcony with an unobstructed view of the Roc des Tours.
Neighbourhood: Very quiet location, and "Serpentine" ski slope right next to the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
It is about 20 minutes' walk from the main shopping street in the village of Chinaillon.
Public transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Annecy (40 km) - Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km) - Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - To keep you connected during your stay, we offer a mini Orange box for a day (€10) as the flat does not yet have built-in Wi-Fi.
