Situated on the 2nd floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa facing the garden. - A fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and crockery, which opens onto the dining area. - A bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190) - A bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) - A mezzanine with a double bed that can accommodate two additional guests - Two bathrooms - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron. Outside: - A 20 m² balcony with unobstructed views of the Roc des Tours. Neighbourhood: A very quiet area, with the ‘Serpentine’ ski run right next to the residence. The flat is ideally situated in Le Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant setting.
