We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The airport is a 5-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before checking into the apartment. There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property.
If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of 200 EUR. This double room is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

I stayed there for one night to kill time between flights. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and check-in was quick and easy. It was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for 2–3 affordable nights, whether you’re travelling alone or as a couple.

It was very pleasant: cleanliness, location and very comfortable bed. It wasn't the room we booked. The bathroom was very small and divided by a curtain, so we couldn't reach the mirror and sink properly.

: Well located, free parking nearby, and just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Ponta Delgada. It is also close to the city's exits for those who want to travel around the island. Comfortable bed, shower with hot water. Air conditioning. Access to the building and the room is via a digital code, so it is a good idea to write down the codes in case you run out of battery on your mobile phone.
