The Wachterfeld chalet is a place where time seems to stand still.
Secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac, with its own spring,
secluded terrace and the majestic Watzmann mountain in front of you, you will experience
peace and exclusivity in its purest form here.
In 2025, the house was completely renovated with great attention to detail and state-of-the-art technology.
On the ground floor, you will find a private spa area with
a spacious sauna, whirlpool bath, shower, relaxation area and TV – and
at the same time the opportunity to enjoy nature directly from the sauna.
A bedroom and another bathroom with shower complete the ground floor.
The stylish staircase with glass railing leads to the upper floor.
There you will find a bedroom with a luxurious bathroom including a shower,
bathtub and Japanese toilet, as well as another bedroom with bunk beds –
ideal as a children's or guest room.
The heart of the house is the bright, open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, which offers an unparalleled view of the mountains through its panoramic windows. The spacious sun terrace invites you to linger – whether for a leisurely breakfast, a relaxing sunbath or a glass of wine at sunset.
The Chalet Wachterfeld is more than just a holiday accommodation – it is an exclusive retreat full of tranquillity, style and alpine magic.

This was the best vacation home ever! Not only is Chalet Wachterfeld stylish, it is comfortable, and Felia has spared no expense in making this a fantastic place to relax and unwind from a day of adventuring. It is a spotless clean smart house with automatic lighting and toilet and comfortable beds ...
