Situated in a quiet hamlet, the house is just 250 m from the Dordogne, making it an ideal location for fishing enthusiasts.
In summer, it is the perfect retreat for a family looking to recharge their batteries in the countryside while remaining close to various tourist attractions.
It has several living rooms, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m².

The accommodation is as follows: Garden level - A 30 m² living room with a dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and gas hob On the ground floor - A 20 m² living room with armchairs and double sofa bed - A shower room - A utility room with WC and washing machine First floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: three single beds (90x200), two of which can form a king-size bed (180x200) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of 100 m². - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : Just 10 minutes from Beaulieu sur Dordogne, you'll be at the gateway to the Lot and Corrèze regions.
Numerous sites less than an hour away: - typical villages such as Carennac, Autoire, Aubazine, Martel, Collonges la Rouge - the Gouffre de Padirac and Rocamadour. - In Corrèze, Brive and Tulle are 50 minutes away, Argentat 25 minutes.
