The backyard is divided into two separate areas: the left side is the main home’s backyard with outdoor seating.
The right side is a separate RV Airbnb with its own private entrance and no access to the main home’s yard. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine. ⚠️ Important Note: A refundable $100 security deposit is required for this property.
The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or house rule violations.
Any applicable repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit. Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests.
No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences resulting from these factors. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them.

If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. *** For the safety and security of our property and guests, there are security cameras located on the back patio, driveway and RV deck.
This camera monitors the exterior only and does not capture any areas inside the rental.

The backyard is split into a left and right side. The left side is the backyard of the home. The landscape is finished with outdoor chairs and area for the dogs to roam. Baggies to pick up after your pets are also available at the house :) Thank you for picking up after your pets.
The right side of the backyard is an RV which is also an Airbnb. They have their own entrance and would not ever been on your side of the property.
