Stay Gower is delighted to present No. 3 Princess Lofts, a stylish studio apartment right in the heart of Swansea city centre. Perfectly placed for a city break, this apartment offers the ideal base whether you are planning a day of shopping, dining and sightseeing, or looking to enjoy one of South Wales’ famously vibrant nights out. Everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep, and with the beach just a short stroll away, it’s a wonderful choice for both leisure and convenience.
Inside, the apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort during your stay. The bright studio space features a cosy double bed, a small sofa where you can relax, and a compact workstation that’s perfect if you need to catch up on emails or spend time on your laptop. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you’ll need for preparing simple meals, including an oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice box. A modern bathroom provides a shower and toilet, while fresh towels and essentials are included. For your entertainment, the apartment comes with WiFi and a smart TV, and French doors open out onto a charming little balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air.
Guests arriving by car will find parking conveniently located just across the road at St David’s Car Park, only a two- to three-minute walk from the property. For the best value, we recommend using the Mi Permit app, which often offers cheaper rates than paying directly at the car park.
Please note that the apartment is situated on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs. As there is no lift, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
