The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Bellevigne-les-Châteaux.
It has a surface area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and a garden of approximately 300 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A large 25 m² kitchen, equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and dining area Half a level above - A 15 m² living room with TV, sofas, and a wood-burning stove - Bedroom 1: with two single beds (90x200) - A separate toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200). A cot (up to 2 years old) is also available - A bathroom with shower For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby cot, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside - An above-ground swimming pool (private, unheated) 4.8 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep, accessible from April 30 to September 30. Access is only possible via the fenced terrace - A beautiful enclosed private garden of approximately 300 m² - A 25 m² terrace facing northeast with furniture for enjoying sunny days - A 9 m² terrace facing west with a dining area The house is ideally located in Bellevigne-les-Châteaux, in a very pleasant environment.
You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more. Activities - Visit the Château de Brézé and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley - Wine tasting and vineyard tours - Hiking and walking - Cadre Noir de Saumur Transportation If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two spaces). For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Saumur, about 10 miles away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, about 93 miles away Other remarks: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets accepted, for an additional fee of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking - The house has a wood-burning stove.
Wood can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner) - Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
