The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming studio for rent in Vaux-sur-Mer, around 300 metres from the beach.
It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190), located in the living room - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following equipment: two tower fans, an iron and a folding ironing board. Outside: - A south-east-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Vaux-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building’s private car park (one private space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Royan, approximately 5 km away - Nearest airport: Bordeaux, approximately 90 km away Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
