The Cocoonr agency is offering this flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer. It is 30 metres from the beach, has a floor area of 28 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a TV, a sofa bed (with a 140x190 mattress) and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A south-facing loggia with a table and chairs The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market... Activities: - Juno Beach Centre - Explore the harbour and fish market - Mini golf - Municipal swimming pool - Riding centre - Tennis court As for other transport options, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 35 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 35 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
