Welcome to our charming, fully renovated studio located at 13 rue Saint-Georges, in Metz, on a quiet street just a stone’s throw from the lively city center! Situated on the first floor without elevator, this studio combines comfort, modern amenities, and functionality — perfect for a solo trip, a getaway for two, or a business stay.
Just 5 minutes on foot from the city center and the majestic Saint-Etienne Cathedral, you’ll be right in the heart of Metz to enjoy the shops, restaurants, cafés, and local markets.
The train station is only a 20-minute walk, and the main university hubs are nearby — close enough to be convenient, but far enough to ensure a peaceful stay.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed with a real, comfortable mattress, a modern bathroom with shower, a functional dining area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A cozy, well-appointed space — ideal for a short or medium-term stay in Metz. In addition to Studio Tiki (sleeps 2), a second independent accommodation called Casa Luna is now available for booking! It is a bright and spacious flat with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a total capacity of 4 guests. You can therefore book both properties together to accommodate up to 6 people in two separate but adjacent spaces — a rare and ideal opportunity for families or groups of friends! For your information, online registration is mandatory before your arrival.
A €500 card deposit or damage protection insurance (depending on the property) will be required during the online registration process to help guarantee high-quality accommodation for every stay. Tout était très bien sauf 2 points, la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble qui était capricieuse et ne voulait pas s’ouvrir mais ce ne peut pas vraiment être imputable à Kevin, par contre le point qui m’a un peu plus dérangé c’est l’odeur d’égout venant de la salle de bain
