THE ACCOMMODATION-

This bright, fully-renovated flat features a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room for greater conviviality, a comfortable bedroom with 180x190 bedding, a bathroom with shower and meticulous decoration: everything has been carefully thought out for your comfort and well-being.


The flat is on the 4th floor, without a lift.


There is a chest of drawers for storing your belongings. A washing machine and towels are also available.


Bed linen and towels are provided. Wifi is also available.

## Access


LOCATION-

The location is ideal: you will be staying in a district in the heart of Le Havre city centre, a stone's throw from the beach and places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural centre), the fishing port with its famous fish market, and the Southampton quay with its bars and restaurants, as well as a promenade offering breathtaking views of the sunsets.


ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE-

For an independent arrival, keys are available from 5pm, 7 days a week, outside the accommodation door. All the instructions for collecting the keys will be given to you before your arrival.

## Transit


Public transport is easily accessible. To get to the flat, you can use public transport, such as the bus or tram. Depending on your location, don't hesitate to use the LIA application to guide you on your route. If you arrive by train, you can take the tram to the beach and the flat is 200 metres away.


## Notes


We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 10 nights, including replacement of linen and cleaning (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen). This service is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at the same price as the cleaning fee in the advert. If you are interested in this service, please contact us when you make your booking to arrange the day and time of our cleaning team's visit (subject to availability).
