The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 26 m² duplex flat for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a TV and sofa - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hob… - A bathroom with a shower and toilet On the mezzanine, you’ll find a sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) and a desk Outside: - A 2 m² east-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - ‘Forêt Adrénaline’ adventure park; walks, nature and exploration in the Parc des Gayeulles - Gayeulles swimming pool / Aquatic centre - Le Blizz ice rink (double rink) - Thabor Park - Les Champs Libres Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s numbered private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Rennes, 13 minutes’ drive away (20 minutes by public transport) - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, 20 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The staircase leading to the mezzanine is quite steep - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

Great for a week stay. Clean and comfy. Close to nature so great for nice walks!
It would be great to have a wine glass but that's a minority.

Cyril, Concierge agréable et réactif.
Dommage que la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous. Ménage en surface ok mais linge de lit pas changé, vaisselle à refaire et odeur de nourriture en sauce et grasse en arrivant dans le logement. Odeur désagréable dans l’appartement et le plaid laissé à disposition.
Un peu cher mais idéal pour passer des concours
